Firstly...at the time of the industrial revolution, nobody knew about global warming, so stop going on about how Britain's rich fat cats were damaging the planet out of greed. Secondly...the Ottoman Empire declared war on us during WWI, so how the hell can you blame us for mismanagement in the Middle East when we were acting out of defence. The US infact invented the machine gun (gatling gun) during the US civil war. Prisons and slums have been around since the Romans and probably earlier, so neither are they British inventions. "Bad hygiene" "Child Labour", these have been around for long before the British, anfd looking at the state of the USA, you can't say that we smell bad. And guess what, Alfred the Great was NOT Englands first king. Plus you say that it is Britain's fault that the US are sending their "sons and daughters" to Iraq to clean up the mess. Excuse me but what happened in Vietnam....or are you just forgetting that. Who invented the Atom Bomb AND Hydrogen Bomb???? The Versailles Treaty was VERY fair, they killed millions of French and English men and destroyed half of France's infrastructure.
Hence, no I will not be signing the petition. Up Yours.
