Letter To The ICBR: Re: Some Points

03.16.2007

Hi
I have just read the facts section of your site. I feel there is a
strong case for reparations against the British government but I do take exception to a few things in there and thought I would share them with you. There are also a few facts I think you have missed.

You cite the British Monarchy governmental body. Its not really been anything more than a figure head and diversion since 1694 when the Bank of England was created. Since then the Bank has controlled the parliamentary government and policy. The Bank is not part of the government (it was set up by the Rothschild's and still privately owned) but prints the money and loans it to the treasury which has to back back with interest. It also set up the U.S. federal reserve and virtually every other central bank in the former empire and colonies which all run the same way and are privately owned.

In the global misrule section the writer implys they are American, at the top of the page the phrase "Any student of world history". While I accept the damage done by the British Empire in the middle east America is a very long way from being blameless for the trouble in this region as "Any student of world history" would know particularly since WW2 and ongoing to the present. Both nations have had ample opportunity to fix, or at least take steps in right direction for the last 50 years but have
purposely failed to do so and have instead propped up regimes that serve our interests for a cut of the profits while repressing their own populations. In my opinion that is the cause of the rise in fundamentalist Islam.

The bad inventions section is just silly and detracts from your cause. How did the British invent the bad hygiene and black plague? This is like saying the French invented being snooty or Americans invented being fat or the Spanish invented small pox ... I also think you will child labor and prisons were around along time before the British. Not to mention that prisons are a necessary part of society. I'm not exactly sure what is meant by concentration camps the only concentration camps I know of are the Nazi and Soviet ones. I would like to know what you mean
by this. The soccer hooligan analogy also detracts as any stereo type does from a serious discussion.

As far as control the public Image I would agree mostly but since the early 1900s it is the propaganda or "public relations" industry that shapes and controls peoples perceptions of everything, not just Britains public image. This is owned and promotes the interests of the central banks mentioned above.

I'm not interested in disputing the figures. I would say that if we are apply these standards to Britain, then they should be applied to all the European Empires, Russia, America and Japan who have all played there part in injustices in modern history. I would also say that given the central banks are really the ones that run the countries and finance both sides of every major war since their inception, It is them that should be held liable.

I have not yet signed the petition but if you can address my points I would be glad to be one of the few (I guess) British citizens to do so.

I look forward to your reply and would be happy to answer any questions that come up from this e-mail.
