Letter To The ICBR: Re: Enjoyed your web site

Hi there old USA people. I have signed your petition about time those Brits paid up.
Of course you may need a lesson in British history. You have the British Monarchy going back to Alfred the Great in 871; which will come as a bit of surprise to the Jocks as they "celebrate" the 200th anniversary of them signing the Act of Union which created a British monarchy in 1707.
Also a surprise to the many residents of the Indian sub continent who were apparently forced to take on the "British" (did we make them speak Gaelic?) language and culture. I also wonder when the "genocide" against the Scottish and Welsh happened.
I see we are to blame for the Industrial revolution; that awful event that led to universal education, heath care, welfare provision and raised the life span by decades of its victims. Shame on us for not sticking with the agricultural peasant based economy which is so wonderful that the people who still live that way reject all attempts to provide them with tractors, trains and coca cola (oh sorry we aren't responsible for coca cola).

Interesting that our management of the Middle East which ended after the second world war with our constant opposition to the creation of the state of Israel is responsible for the Islamic terrorism and nothing what so ever to do with American desire to protect its oil industries.
Disgraceful of us to extract reparations from Germany just because they launched a unprovoked attack on half the countries in Europe and bombed our major cities whilst the heroic USA sold us a few guns at a price we are still paying over 60 years later.
I seem to recollect a strange bloke with a dodgy moustache using this quote "Versailles Refund $25 trillion ($26 billion that Britain extorted from defeated German government after World War I, with interest, compounded annually, an unfair and punitive settlement that was one of the primary causes of World War II.)" quite a lot.
I see you don't have a go at the fact that we also created the idea of evolution which poisons the minds of so many. You must add this to the list..
