Your whole argument is flawed - for one single point, the British invented concentration camps - yes theyu did, but they didnt gass the inhabitants! you are a small minded person to think Britain will pay. african uses a machine gun in mass murder because it was invented by a British person???? how stupid if you do. And you have no idea about British government if you think that presenting a pettion to the Queen will achieve anything as she has NO power!
Grow up and remove this silly website before someone plants a virus in it and your machine, though you probably wont as youll see this as either a threat (which it isnt) or a vindication of your silly childish views (which it also isnt).
