We declare the debate to be over for a simple reason...CASINOS RAISE REVENUE. AND BRITAIN WILL NEED EVERY BIT OF CASH THEY CAN GET THEIR HANDS ON TO PAY THE MASSIVE REPARATIONS BILL THEY OWE THE WORLD!!!!
