Who Will Pay England’s Outrageous Olympics Bill? We Demand To Know, Since It’s Our Reparations Money They’re Spending!

04.30.2007 - The Economist

Philadelphia, PA – April 30, 2007 - According to the March 17th issue of The Economist, England's bill for the upcoming Olympics is spiraling out of control. They are already 6 billion pounds over budget and a single brick has yet to be laid.

The Los Angeles and Atlanta Olympics, on the other hand, were run at a profit. And no cost to tax payers. So, as Americans, you can understand why we are a little confused about this outrageous cost to tax payers.

And what makes it even more outrageous is it isn't really their money to spend. After all, England owes the world $51 trillion in reparations for 500 years of global misrule and imperialism. They're like a drug fiend going on one last binge before entering rehab.

Well, it's our money, so stop it. America wins all the medals anyway. Because we are bigger and better in every way.

So do the right thing for once, England. Go ahead and write those reparations checks ($8,350 for every man, woman and child on earth) and maybe then we’ll wipe the slate clean.

Look for “The Evil Empire – 101 Ways That England Ruined The World,” in bookstores everywhere on April 23, 2007.
