Evil Empire: 101 Ways That England Ruined The World - Website Launched

Philadelphia, PA – March 5th, 2007 – People following the movements of the International Coalition for British Reparations (ICBR) will no doubt be intrigued by the launch of the official website for "The Evil Empire: 101 Ways That England Ruined the World." Then again, even if you've never heard of the grassroots movement that preceded the publication of the book, due to be published on April 15, 2007, you'll probably be pretty curious as well.

First-time author, cultural studies analyst and media communications expert Steven Grasse penned "Evil Empire", which exposes the secret history of England's global misdeeds. The forward was written by Penny Rimbaud, the British musician, writer, poet, and cofounder of the anarchist punk band Crass The book is launched with much fanfare by the debut of their site: http://www.evilempirebook.com.

Features include:
- Excerpts from "The Evil Empire: 101 Ways That England Ruined the World"
- International Coalition for British Reparations mini-documentary
- ICBR commercial
- ICBR press conference footage (held at Philadelphia's National Constitution Center)
- ICBR PSA
- Downloadable wallpaper and AIM icons
- Link to purchase the book

The site, which features the extraordinary illustrations from the book, is a one-stop resource to understanding how England ruined the world (they think Kings and Queens are more important than the rest of us, hooked the Chinese on opium and invented the machine gun, among other atrocities).

"The Evil Empire: 101 Ways That England Ruined The World," hits bookstores April 15th, 2007.
