British Gangs Adopt New Weapon—Pythons
When you think of a thug, you likely picture him/her wielding a gun (or at the very least a switchblade). The thing with guns is that if you don't have the right connections, it's difficult to procure one. That's probably why a gang of teenagers eschewed firearms all together and hit up a pet store.
Dan, a 14-year-old Afro-Caribbean boy was playing on the street with a 9-year-old friend of his when a group of older teenagers approached him and started making racial slurs toward him. They then pushed him to the ground and threw a python at him, which quickly wrapped around his arm and bit him.
The 9-year-old's father was understandably troubled by the attack. "I'm not letting him play out on his own until police find out what happened. I want to know where these young kids got these dangerous snakes from," he said.
Let this be a lesson to all you non-white-skinned-blue-eyed young Britons: If you want to play outside without having killer snakes hurled at you by a gang of racist teenagers, come to America. We'd love to have you here.
