Theresa Winters, 36, has given birth a whopping 13 times. Even more astonishing is that social services has taken all of the babies away. The first four were removed from her care at age two due to neglect. After that, they started taking them away hours after birth. Now Theresa is pregnant again, and she's hoping this time will be different. She claims she's calmed down significantly since her youth.

"Back in 1992 I was a bit aggressive," she said, adding, "'I told them off as any normal person would. I shouted at them. In one sense they were right to take them away. I was young. It could have turned violent."

But Ms. Winters and her husband are about the only ones who believe they're ready to raise children. Even her own sister thinks she's lost her mind. "What she's doing is totally sick and makes me feel like breaking down in tears. She should have been sterilized long ago," she said.

She's asked her sister why she keeps getting pregnant knowing that the baby's only going to be taken away after it's born, to which Ms. Winter replies, "I don't give a s*** - I just want the Government to pay for them."

Well, Ms. Winters, you know what they say: 14th time's a charm!
